Dogs under 45 lbs. Cats, birds and fish only permitted. Fish tank must not exceed 40 gallons. Two pet maximum (only 1 may be a dog), $150 non-refundable pet fee per pet and $25 monthly pet rent per pet. Breed restrictions apply. Must sign pet agreement. Call for service animal policy.
